CREEKMONT POOL RULES

Violation of any of the following pool rules will not be tolerated.
Violators will be removed from the pool area by the lifeguards.
Lifeguards have the ultimate authority in all matters during the normal pool hours.

  1. No alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, weapons or illegal substance of any kind are permitted with in the pool area.

  2. Lifeguards are required. Swimming without lifeguards on duty is prohibited.

  3. Noise must be kept to a minimum level as to not disturb nearby residents

  4. Pool is for usage by Creekmont residents and their guests only and all guests must be accompanied by a Resident t all times.

  5. The use of the lifesaving equipment is for emergencies only.

  6. All beverages and fee for consumption in the Pool area must be in unbreakable containers.

  7. Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (19 years or older) at all times.

  8. The gate to the pool area must be closed and latched after entering or leaving the pool area at all times. Texas State Law 757.004.

  9. No Resident shall knowingly enter the pool enclosure, or permit a child or guest to do so while suffering from any contagious disease, such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, colds, flu, etc. or while suffering from an open wound or sore.

  10. Only appropriate swimwear will be allowed – No cutoffs will be allowed.

  11. Proper swimming diapers with plastic liners or “swimmies” are required for all non-toilet trained infants; disposable diapers are not allowed with in the pool area.

  12. No diving, running, horseplay, or games that would be considered dangerous is allowed inside the pool enclosure.

  13. Please dispose of all litter. Keep the grounds clean and tidy when enjoying the facility.

  14. No pets/animals are allowed within the pool enclosure, except Seeing Eye dogs.

  15. No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, or other wheeled vehicles are permitted in side the pool enclosure, except baby strollers.

  16. The Association or its managing agent may take action to impose fines or to suspend the use of the pool to any Resident violating these rules.

  17. These rules have been established in an effort to make the Pool a safe and sanitary operation, however, no legal liability is assumed with respect to these rules preventing accident, injury or death.
